The Hastelloy X Bolts contain nickel, chromium, along with iron and molybdenum in its chemical composition. This alloy provides great resistance towards oxidation. Their oxidation resistance is up to 2200 degrees Fahrenheit. These Hastelloy X Bolts also possess the characteristics of fabricability. These Hastelloy X Bolts also have great strength at highly elevated temperatures.
The UNS N06002 Hastelloy X Bolts are resistant to stress corrosion cracking. These also have the property of being weldable. And these can also be formed easily. Along with its properties of resisting corrosion, possessing fabrication properties, it is also very applicable in applications that might be subjected to or are at highly elevated temperatures. These Hastelloy X Bolts also provide good strength at elevated temperatures while resisting oxidation.
These Hastelloy X Fasteners are manufactured from the great quality of raw materials to manufacture an excellent quality of the product. Also, these Hastelloy X Bolts could be available in different shapes, sizes, and dimensions depending upon the requirements and specifications provided by the client or the need of the applications. These Hastelloy X Bolts undergo a series of destructive and non-destructive tests to test and improve the quality of the products.
Along with all this, accuracy, as well as the efficiency, is ensured while producing these fasteners. As these Hastelloy X Bolts have many characteristics as well as properties, they are used in a large number of industrial applications such as chemical industries, paper processing industries and so on.
